Etrofil Wool Felt
Usage: Place the felt mold on the felt brush.
Place an appropriate amount of wool felt inside the felt mold.
As the needles sink into the wool felts, the felt will begin to tighten and take shape.
When the amount of wool felt is insufficient, you can add and continue dipping until you
reach the desired thickness.
Areas of Usage: You can safely and happily use Etrofil wool felts in all your felting
works. You can create felt figures or redesign your clothes by embroidering felt.

Processing and Shipping
Orders made before 4 p.m. are shipped the same day and under normal circumstances delivered within 2 days within the Netherlands and Belgium. For the other countries, a delivery time of between 2 and 21 working days applies, depending on your location.
We ship with PostNL, DHL or DPD and all our packages have a Track & Trace number.
Reflection period/Return
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product. You will be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. You can create a return shipping seal free of charge via my DecoDeb. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition. After receipt, we will refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been received in good order.
Exceptions!
Specially tailor-made products that you buy through this webshop are excluded from return. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply. The sale is final after successful payment.”
